Snappies Cloth Nappies want you to be happy with the products you have purchased, but due to the nature of the product we absolutely cannot and will not refund/swap used or washed goods.

We do understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or might not be suitable. It is always best to contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure of correct sizing or need some clarification on the product.

If you have received your order and for some reason you wish to return them to us, please contact us if this is the case and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

There are a few things that you need to know before you return your products to us as there are a few exceptions which you need to be aware of:
• All items must be in AS NEW condition and be UNWASHED and UNWORN. If you’re unsure if the items will fit, then we suggest trying them on before you wash them. As soon as the items are washed or worn we will be unable to offer you a refund or swap.
• If you need to return your items, you need to return the goods to us or make contact with us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
• The cost of postage is your responsibility, and SCN does not accept responsibility for refunding the value of items lost in the post, so please consider using a trackable mail option.

  • Please include the following information with your return:

Your name, postal address, email address, phone number, and the reason for the refund request.

Order Cancellations:
If your order has not yet been processed and posted, you are welcome to cancel it. This is best done by contacting Roxanne on 0401 855 626.
In the event that your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns process as outlined above.
